Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Only orders that are billed to addresses within California are charged an 8.25% sales tax. We are required by State and Federal Laws to charge California State Sales Tax because our company is physically located in California. Orders originating in other states are tax free.
Q: I would like to purchase items on your website for several people on my shopping list. Is it possible to ship the gifts that I purchase to addresses other than my own?
A: Absolutely, you may ship your gifts to any address within the United States that you wish as long as the billing address you enter matches the billing address on the credit card that you use for your purchase.
Q: Can I make one purchase for several items and ship them to multiple addresses all within the same transaction?
A: You sure can! Our advanced checkout allows you to make one purchase for multiple items and then ship those items to multiple recipients. You can also create multiple gift wrap and gift message specifications with this feature. This option is available during checkout when you create an online account at FrontlineGifts.com.
Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes, we do offer gift certificates. Our gift certificates are electronic and are sent directly to the recipient’s e-mail address. We offer certificates in many different denominations, themes and styles. You can buy gift certificates by clicking the “gift certificate” link at the very top of our home page located between the “wish list” link and the “view cart” link or you can simply click here.

Q: Do your gift baskets have a satisfaction guarantee?
A: All of the gift baskets we sell at FrontlineGifts.com include a 100% satifaction guarantee for freshness and presentation. If you or your gift recipient are not satisfied with any gift basket, just return the unused portion and we will submit a refund to you for the cost of the product - shipping & handling not included. Q: Do you offer a warranty on your manufactured products?
A: We offer a manufacturer warranty on most of our products. All Picnin Time products are protected with a manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty. See product descriptions for details.
GIFT MESSAGE AND GIFT WRAPPING QUESTIONS:
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping on any of your products?
A: We currently offer gift wrapping on Picnic Time products and assorted ribbon & bow upgrades on our gift baskets for an additional fee. You have the choice of the following gift wrap styles for Picnic Time products: masculine, feminine, seasonal and wedding. Specific designs are chosen by the gift wrap staff according to stock on hand.
Q: How are your gift baskets prepared for shipping?
A: Most of our food type gift baskets are placed into a cello bag with a flume and topped off with a beautiful bow. Some gift baskets, such as spa baskets, are shrink wrapped to protect the integrity of the products.
Q: How do I select to have the items I purchase gift wrapped?
A: After you place your selected item(s) into the shopping cart you will see the option to "add" gift wrap once you "view" the item(s) in the cart. Click "add" and choose the gift wrap style from the drop-down menu. You will only see the gift wrap option on items eligible for gift wrapping.
Q: How do I include a gift message for the recipient of the item(s) I've purchased?
A: When viewing the product description page look for the "Optional Gift Message" box where you can enter your gift message of 250 characters or less. It is necessary to enter your gift message before adding the item into the shopping cart. You will have the option to change the gift message, if you desire, when viewing your item(s) in the shopping cart. This convenient option eliminates the hassle of clicking the "back" button if you decide to make any changes to your message.
