Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund and you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order that you will be returning the product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time. We use UPS, FedEx and USPS to facilitate our shipping. Please note: Orders with multiple items that are not the same may arrive in separate shipments, as we ship from several warehouses throughout the United States. When you place an order, you will have the option of choosing one of the following shipping methods:

• Standard Ground 3-5 Business Days
• Expedited 2nd Business Day
• Overnight Next Business Day
• Standard Ground 5-7 Business Days (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

We offer a flat rate Standard Ground shipping charge of $9.95 on all orders less than $75 that are shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. All orders of $75 or more that ship to the same address are shipped free of charge within the 48 contiguous United states via Standard Ground service only. At this time, we only offer Standard Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at a competitive rate. All other shipping charges for optional expedited shipping methods can be viewed once you place your item(s) into the shopping cart.
